2. Apply: Gently apply the concealer directly to the under-eye area using the applicator, blending in an outward motion.
3. Adjust: For additional coverage, twist the collar 1-2 clicks at a time. Use sparingly for best results.
4. Extra Tips: For severe dark circles, use the Neutralizer shade beneath your concealer. Add a luminous touch with the Brightener shade to the inner corners of your eyes, cheekbones, brow bones, and bridge of the nose.
